Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana: Health Minister Pandey has thanked the Prime Minister for selecting 32 districts of Bihar under this campaign and starting it from Khagadia, the most backward district.
Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana: Bihar Health Minister Mangal Pandey has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visionary vision for migrant workers will prove to be a milestone in Bihar’s development. The Poor Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyan will not only provide employment to the workers in their district but will also increase the livelihood opportunity for the poor.
Health Minister Pandey thanked the Prime Minister for selecting 32 districts of Bihar under this campaign and starting it from Khagadia, the most backward district. And said that the state government is planning a long-term plan to link the workers with employment by conducting a survey of the efficiency of the workers. So that we do not have to wander to other states for employment. Also, people of Bihar from outside do not have to bear the burden of unnecessary debt in the village.
He said that under the Prime Minister’s Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyan, 25 types of work-related to 11 ministries will be provided to the migrant workers, which will prove to be a successful step towards self-reliant India. The 125-day workday will not only relieve the migrant workers from the hardship but also motivate them to stay in their homes.
While a large number of jobs will be created by this campaign, local industries will also get the benefit of skills. Various schemes have been started in the state keeping the workers in mind. This will open up a large number of migrant workers along with employment as well as their way of progress.
The Health Minister said that in the course of dialogue with the Prime Minister on Saturday, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also informed about the situation in Bihar and requested for his expected cooperation. So that migrant workers no longer have to go out to earn.
The Chief Minister urged the Prime Minister to pay special attention to Bihar and expand the scope of MSMEs and make the bank more liberal. So that the industry can spread the business network and the migrant workers get the benefit of their efficiency. The Prime Minister has also assured the Chief Minister that the central government will have a special eye on Bihar. For this, Health Minister Pandey has thanked the Prime Minister.
